Kala Chana Chat

Serves-2 to 3
Ingredients:
Dried Kala Channa/Black Chickpeas – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green Chillies – 1
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp, chopped
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Amchur Powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Salt to Taste
Instructions:
Soak dried chickpeas overnight or for 8-10 hours.
Once they are soaked, drain the entire water and pressure cook for 6-7 minutes or 3-4 whistles.
Wait until the pressure is down, now drain the cooked chickpeas.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients along with chickpeas and mix well.
Check for the seasoning and add more spice powders and salt if needed.
Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves before serving.
