Immunity Balls

Ingredients:

· Roasted almonds, cashew, walnuts 50gms each

· Makhana 50gms

· Roasted seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, melons 50gms each

· Chia seeds 20gms

· Jaggery powder 250gms

· Organic haldi 1 tbsp

· Desi ghee 2-3 tbsp

Method:

· Dry roasted all nuts and makhana. Grind them.

· Mix that powder with roasted seed and add jaggery powder and hot ghee.

· Bind them to make small balls.
