3 Bean Salad

SERVES- 3-4



Ingredients:

1 cup Chickpeas (boiled)


1 cup White Lobhia (boiled)


1 cup Rajma (boiled)


½ cup Celery (finely chopped with stems)


1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)


½ cup Spring Onions(chopped)


1/3 cup Vinaigrette Dressing


3 tbsp crumbled Feta Cheese


Salt to taste


½ tsp freshly ground Black Pepper (optional)



Method:

1.Mix all ingredients except the feta cheese and chill for ½ an hour.


2. Top with Feta and serve.
